"You somehow forgot what life is all about, being with Gus all these years. Let me be the one to help you remember the good things in life.
"Tony, you sound like a guy from one of those sappy romance novels," Evelyn said, turning to him once they reached her car.
"Perhaps. I remember a woman I met long ago at a hotel bar. She had this fire in her that I loved. I watched her marry some guy and over the years the fire went out of her. I want to see that fire in her, again."
